MSE Colloquium 2013

A colloquium was held at Munich School of Engineering for the third time in 2013. The title of the event on this occasion was “Research Towards Innovative Energy Systems and Materials”.

In the first keynote talk of the event, Mr. Olaf Martins of ExxonMobil spoke about current developments in the field of shale gas. The second talk was given by Ms. Janina Körper of the Free University Berlin, who exam-ined issues relating to climate research.

As in past years, the multi-faceted energy research going on at TUM was demonstrated both in specialist presentations and by means of scientific posters.

There were also awards for the best posters and presentations, since this idea was received extremely positively at the previous year's event.
