Project start of ExZellTUM III

On 01.11.2019 phase III of the ExZellTUM project at TU Munich started. Participants are the Chair of Technical Electrochemistry, the Research Neutron Source Heinz Maier-Leibnitz, the Chair of Electrical Energy Storage Technology and the Institute of Machine Tools and Industrial Management.

As part of the funding initiative of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) "Competence Cluster for Battery Materials (ExcellBattMat)", the research focus at the ExcellentBattery Centre (EBZ) Munich is on material-chemical and electrochemical characterisation and analysis as well as the modelling of anode and cathode materials for next-generation lithium-ion cells.

Further information on the project can be found here.
