TUM.Battery at the Battery Forum 2020

The 8th Battery Forum took place in Berlin from 22 to 24 January 2020, organized by the Competence Network Lithium-Ion Batteries (KLiB) with the support of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). On the first day of the event, invited speakers from industry, science and politics looked at the topic of batteries in Germany from different perspectives. On the following two days, current scientific and technical priorities were discussed. In the accompanying poster exhibition, current results of publicly funded projects were presented. The Technical University of Munich was again represented by several participants from the Chair of Electrical Energy Storage Technology (EES), the Chair of Technical Electrochemistry (TEC), the Institute for Machine Tools and Industrial Management (iwb) and the Research Neutron Source Heinz Maier-Leibnitz (FRM II). Besides the poster exhibition, contributions were also given in the form of short presentations.
